the lobby features intricate details that captured my attention. the staff were attentive, always available and ready to assist with any request. the hotel's breakfast spread offered a great variety of dishes, all delicious and fresh.
i found the noise isolation from the street to be a little less effective than i would have hoped.

the hotel has a rooftop bar and a swimming pool. it was acceptable.
the staff completely ignored my inquiry about an item i left behind after check out. several days passed and i received no assistance or follow-up. the checkout process also took a very long time, it was frustrating.
