I found the staff very helpful! John, Jim, and Lovely at reception were great. Li An from Coco bar also stood out during New Year's Eve. I loved the amazing view from my room. The location was prime. The buffet breakfast added to a happy New Year's Eve spent at this place.

The pool is beautiful and makes you dream, also breakfast is awesome. The rooftop bar offers lovely views and a pleasant atmosphere, perfect for sunset. Security measures provided a secure feeling.

The hotel is near places of interest such as Fort Santiago and San Agustin Church. Rizal Park is also very accessible. I enjoyed being so close to these historical sites. It was convenient.

the lobby features intricate details that captured my attention. the staff were attentive, always available and ready to assist with any request. the hotel's breakfast spread offered a great variety of dishes, all delicious and fresh.
i found the noise isolation from the street to be a little less effective than i would have hoped.

the hotel has a rooftop bar and a swimming pool. it was acceptable.
the staff completely ignored my inquiry about an item i left behind after check out. several days passed and i received no assistance or follow-up. the checkout process also took a very long time, it was frustrating.
